Just a quick heads up for anyone who is looking for a bluetooth unit to fit the standard clio head unit's.

I bought the Aux lead from MT-Audio for about £12, i then bought the following bluetooth adapter from ebay for £16. it arrived today and works perfectly, connects to my iphone 4 and doesn't break up or crackle or anything.

This now means i have the standard head unit so it all looks as it should, with the bluetooth compatibility for iPhones and other bluetooth devices.

Can you just stick it in the glovebox and leave it there?

I'm really interested in one of these now as my AUX lead doesn't go into my phone now it has a bumper on it :(

Bluetooth would be a 100000x better!

Im not too sure yet as ive only used it twice, and it was with a different phone each time to test. Ill get back to you tomorrow as that was my plan.

It will need to come out ever now and then (dependant on usage) so it can be charged. however i have just bought a car charger so it can be charged on the go!

It is really, but considering Aux wires dont send electricity (correct me if im wrong) id imagine that it would be hard to make one which didn't need charging.

Ill test it out over the next few days and let you know how i find it. if i make it to the race on saturday (which i should) ill show it to you.

What kind of charger is it? Could get hold of an in car charger for it and then hardwire it to power on with ignition so you never need to charge it up then.

Well, after using it today several times, it seems you need to click the button on every time. Im thinking of hardwiring it to the ignition if possible and perhaps Velcroing it to the little 'tray' underneath the light dipping dial thing on the right hand side of the steering wheel to it is easily accessible when getting in the car.

Still, pushing a button > plugging a wire in
