Body work tolerance levels

  Silver 182 F/F

After two weeks without my car for for some slight body work doing.Ive been told they cant do it has its within Renos tolerance levels. The problem i have is on the drivers side the rear bumper sits flush upto the rear quarter panel and on the passanger side there is a gap of about 5-6mm and you can see the little pegs and daylight through it.Please everyone tell me they are talking crap!

They claim to be getting a guy from Reno out to look at it,so im trying to arrange to be at the meeting to voice my opinions,Another Reno dealer told me there is no adjustment on the 10mm bolts, when bolted up it should just automaticaly be flush, and they beleive theres something more serious.probably damaged in transit is there guess.

Its a way for Dixons to get out of repairing it,due to the fact its not a warranty issue so they cant claim their money back

no i mean you need to put two large washers onto the two bolts, then bolt them to the car the large washers spread the load over the surrounding plastic area and lift the bumper up
