Taylor wernt you quoted for that work to be done? and that was the final figure you came to which you are paying? even though most of it hasnt been done?
if so did you get any shizzo in writing?

i would be fuming if youve paid someone to do all that sh!zzo only for the mug to take half the jobs and all the money.

yup i was quoted £350 for it all and ive given him £250 so far but tbh i think thats too much for what he has done

yea fair play to her, she was really kind, she done the whole lot again for £50 which was really good considering it was my fault and the work was excellent too

right the saga continues, just spoke to the body shop and pointed out everything that was wrong, he didnt seem too supprised about the over spray on my wheels or the grill.
he sed the door card was already broken! which wasnt as i would have realised when i fitted my speakers last week!
and he just said "O" to a lot of stuff

when i pointed out that the number plate ressess hadnt been taken out he sed i didnt tell him too ( this is the main reason it was goin into the body shop) and that his mate didnt hear me say it!!
his mate that has nothing to do with the body shop :S
i spoke to him on at least 2 seperate occasions to tell him what i wanted doing and he got arsey and sed he was not a mind reader!

hes told me i have to bring it down when his dad is there but i cant as i work full time and need my car

ok so he has just rang me back, he wants me to take it back on monday eve to get it sorted respray the front bumper and take the resess out, i am unsure if he wants me to pay for this or not? ( i wont be) but result slightly happier now, got my works body shop trying to sort the over spray on the wheels out as we speak

Agreed, he's trying to stick one over you so fight back.

The first thing I'd say is "So, why have you quoted me £350 for ....?" As there has blatently not been enough work done to warrant that.

EDIT: Good stuff mate, although I'd make a point that you're only giving him the extra £100 once he finishes it properly, and nothing more.

Like i said yesterday - you should have got it in writing what they were actually quoting you for.

They also sound like pretty cr*p mates to me.

I do hope it works out for you, at the end of the day, stand firm & don't take any bs off of them.

got it from a scrap yard, but it was damaged

yeah. normally for colour coding depends on the car but 200.00 plus. it doesnt take long to repair a damager bumper. still looks good tho.

they said they would have to look at the damage. remeber the customer is always right,. if u aint happy with it annoy them until they sort it out.
