Bolt head sheared off - advice please

  172 cup
Removing the plenum to change spark plugs and like a tw&t removed the wrong bolt from the rear left...

Quickly realised it was the wrong one to remove but on tightening up again the head has sheared off.

Basic question is how crucial is this (not sure if it's holding down the rocker cover or the head) and if it's something I need to try and sort before putting back together again.

Any advice appreciated :)

From the top of my head thats just holding the oil seperator top on. Not the total end of the world but I'd want it sorting personally. How tight did you go? Surprised it didn't rip the threads out of the cam cover first tbh.

Cheers for replies dudes.

It was barely tight when the head sheared off, serves me right for being a spanner and loosening it in the first place.

Anyway, had no luck getting it out so it's a job for the weekend.
