Brake drum removal help!

Car  www.renparts.co.uk
changing rear bearings on my mates 1997 1.4 clio (mk1 ph3). but can't get the rear drums off. Took the 30mm centre nut out but they won't budge? is there anything else i need to take off? or is there a special tool/method to this?

It should slide off, if not hit the side with a hammer twist and hit and it continue it should loosen it.

yeh taking the handbrake off is a good idea other than that just pursuede it with a hammer and maybe use a bit of wood to protect the drum!

dent puller is good for this, i changed the drums n s**t on the mini, jus smack it for a while to break up all the sediment and crap then used the dent puller came off easy, wouldnt have been able to do it by hand.

hav u took the little pin out by any chance on my back drums there is a circule pin which sits in there as well which you have to get out with some pliers then should come off with a bit of force
