Brakes ?

  BMW M135i
Right its coming up to the time where i'm going to have to change my front discs and pads and instead of opting for standard tackle I can't see why its not worth spending a bit more and getting something better.

Only trouble is i've got no idea where to start so i'm basically after recommendations.

Its for a 2003 1.6, been looking at brembo max discs and ds2500 pads but i'm not sure as I don't really know whats best. I'm no trackday ***** but I do like a bit of road hooliganism every now and again want something that'll resist fade a little better but don't want some mega racing pads that need to be 1 million degrees before they work.

Any ideas or advice will be mucho appreaciated.

i got the brembo max discs on mine with pagid fr pads.

i'd probably get the pads again but the discs i wouldn't tbh

Stock ones are fine i never had trouble until Bedfrod track day and i'd done a lot of track days FDB 845 pads from halfords £17 then normal diks and some decinet fluid is all you need.
Forget any fancy disks I've never been impressed by then stock normal looking ones are more than fine. DS2500 pads are an idea but there £60.
