Bringing the best out of the Black/Gold 182

Well like a lot of people its been a great week with the sun etc and a good chance to get some decent pictures up.

I've happily be the owner for two months now and I can say I'm still chuffed with it.

A few of us on here (172head and smithcel1) headed off to Tonbridge Wells in Kent to find some decent roads, away from the busy Greater London. Since owning it I've never really gave it the full kick down the lanes until yesterday. It gave me a few brown pants moments but also a big smile at the end.

I managed to get some decent shots when I got back home after giving it a second clean in two days.

It did indeed mate lol.

Yeah I fitted it last night. What was ment to be a 15min job took 2 hours. The clamp that joins on the mid section just would'nt budge but I got it off in the end

There's a big difference in the lower revs. Picks up so much better and has a nice raspy sound to it now. Well chuffed.

LOL. It's the only location where there is peace where I live. It's either in the cemetry or the busy high streets. Part from that there's no where for decent shots.

Yeah i wouldnt, I dont remember even doing it but woke up this morning in agony, so after a painfull drive home from Grays and half a day in Queen Mary's I now have 2 fingers strapped up!!

im down in Thamesmead the gf's mum lives on avery hill so im always up that way and round bexleyheath alot. never been spotted though.
