I'm hoping that there might be someone in Bristol with a 172 (Ph1 ideally) with bucket seats.
Basically, after a couple of hiccups, I'm wanting to buy a Ph1 172 and would like to quickly sit in one to determine if I can get a comfortable seating position. The two cars that I've seen are a fair distance away and I wouldn't like to waste my time and the sellers time in going all that way to find it's just not suitable.
I'm 6ft and the normal seating position is a bit rubbish for me, I'd like to know if, when sitting comfortably, I can reach the gear stick, steering wheel, etc, etc.
So if you can spare 5 mins then I'd really appreciate it... don't need to drive your P&J, just a sit!
