Broken down tonight

We'll tonight I decided to have a run out nice and steady and the next min I had no gears whatsoever ?? However I can still use the clutch , and the gears still go in to gear but no DRIVE ?? I've been told something about a circlip coming off ?? Is there anyway I can fix this my self ? Anyone got any pics of where this circlip should be ??

the car won't drive at all so no m8 , it goes in to gear and the clutch is there

If the speedo doesn't move it's not the diff circlip.

Surely the speedo wouldn't move as it is done via the abs rings ? that's unless it is a 172 Cup or a PH1

It's ph1 my mate is looking at it on Tuesday night he says he is sure it's the diff circlip , what can be done so it dnt happen again ?

If the diff clip has come loose it's normally a sign of " diff float" meaning a bix refurb is needed. However not always the case
