Cant unlock I-Phone keypad - help

The iphone has somehow locked itself and has a padlock in the top middle of the screen.

Read the manual and it says to hold the menu button and then slide the screen. No slide buttom came up. It wont let us even turn it off.

Push both buttons in for several seconds and the iPhone will reboot.

:lolup: as said above press the off button and the one at the bottom of the screen (the one next to your thum) and hold and the phone will reboot

Ya.. soft reset it.. happens from time to time.
