Car too low/scraping problem!

My car is lowered 60mm on 17" wheels (with 25mm spacers), but when I take a corner there's an almighty scraping/catching noise.

God knows what it is, but I'm wondering how I can test it? It only happens when cornering so it's a bit impossible...

(The wheels don't catch anything on full lock when stationary, just corners)

Take wheels off, look for scrubbing marks.

bumper bracket. i have/had the same problem. there is a topic on here somewhere.

sum1 i no used diesle springs 2 lower his wen he had 17"s on. if u want il hav a word with him wen i can

you have to hammer or grind the bumper bracket back
