my 1986 volvo 745GL - because it was so bloody reliable and comfy, company car forced the sale :(

took it to the ring, did 30k in it, put the turbo rims on and tints in the back. fooooking loved it. not a spec of rust, original clutch still when i sold it at 180k.

i really regret selling this also, its the reason i ended up with the clio as a part ex. i never used it, and it was a snug fit in my garage. It was too pretty just to sit there never being used.

Theyre the only 2 out of 33 i genuinley regret getting rid of.

If i ever manage to sell the clio, i will without a doubt be going back to another volvo

I generally regret selling all my cars, but i had a list, & i wanted to get through it before i was 30...

The highlights, & the biggest regrets are as follows :dapprove:

106 Gti (2003-2004). God i loved that car (well both of them in fact, 1st was written off by some fool)
1st rung on the French car ladder, never looked back, they are the most fun, the cheapest, the best.

306 Rallye (2004-2005). Again, blooming awesome.
DSC00615-1.jpg

172 Cup (2008-2009). Redundancy sucks.
DSCF0596-1.jpg

And possibly, more than any car ever. The saxo (2009-2010). Flipping awesome fun. Utterly brilliant in fact.

regret selling this as it was just outrageous in every aspect...but i also don't because shortly after it caught on fire and went up in smoke!

  clio 172 cup
I have a few cars that regret selling, but there are a couple that i often think about...

My Racing Puma...a stunning car that i enjoyed owning for four years. I eventually got it upto concours standard which was my aim...selling it was a moment of madness.

For the last five years ive owned my best car upto date in terms of fun and enjoyment of modding...a 106 xsi 16v fast road/track car. I spent two years with this car in the garage putting the engine in and stripping this and that and just litterally transforming the car to what it is now. I did some track days with it and generally learnt alot with the car ie driving and mechanical skills...i loved putting my own input into everything that went into building it. unfortunately i had to sell not so long ago due to having to buy a mile munching clio dci for me and the mrs to get to work in...i must admit i did have a tear in my eye when it went but luckily its one of my mates who has bought it so i still have something to do with the car...

but now ive got this to play with, a mint 45k cup...im growing rather fond of it and cant wait to start have a bit of a play...will start a thread on it soon:)

Glad to see these three, especially the Saxo. No one gets them until you live with one.

I don't know if regret is the right word for my 1.4, I certainly miss it and still see it every so often getting in worse and worse nick and get ideas of buying it back and saving it!

Had a good few others but these are the only ones to stand out. And I think the flamer is the only car in this thread twice! Must be a good 'un ;)

My MK Uno turbo (nicknamed the Oh-no) I loved it, was my first properly quick car at 18 just wish I knew abit more back then and didn't wind off the bleed valve and use the Nitrous it had, maybe wouldn't of used as many engines up!

this one is for you D4VY!

Dont worry, your old monacos in safe hands!
The old gals had some moolah spent on it though by me!
New cambelt kit, water pump, aux belt kit, pas pump oil and filter.
resprayed front and rear bumpers, had all the dents took out of the motor by dent devils, buffed detailed and meguired to the max!
Sorted the faded headlights and put a new shock on the back and topped it off with some new renaultsport mats.
