Change the casing for Xenon??

When i slid in the back of someone in the ice i cracked the outer case of one of my xenons ... and a bracket split. I have picked up a spare light (faulty) and want to switch the casing.

How easy is this to do? Is anyone in either Oxford, East Sussex or Birmingham who might be able to lend me a hand one day?

Would be happy to pass some notes your way ...
