Changing gearbox oil 182

hi guys and girls.



how hard is it to change the gearbox oil in my 182, ive done 18k now and just changed my engine oil (every 6k), but i want to change my gearbox oil.



went to my local dealer they said it would be £90 + vat + oil. so since i changed my engine oil myself, wondering how hard it is.

ps can anyone recommend which oil would be good, reno stuff or another brand.

no need until 72K

but if you want to, you need to remove the sump plug on the bottom of the gearbox (same size as the engine oil sump plug)

youll also need a new sump plug washer

the refil point is on the front of the gearbox (plastic screw) youll need a funnel to pour in the oil

approx amount required is 3L 75W90 (cheaper)
