charging problem ? Clio 99 RT

hello,
today i checked the charging on the battery, i got 13.5V on idle.
with light 13.2V (xenon Kit)
with amp 13.2-13.3V
with both 12.9V
on the alternator im getting 14.1-14.2V.
where im missing 0.7V ? some friend told me to rewire the cable from alternator to the battery, a newer cable something like 4G will make the job ?
is it a single cable from the alternator to the battery ? nothing between them ?

​ i managed to fix the problem during lunch brake from work,
i went to the car, opened the hood and started to Tighten all postivie conection that i saw. Especially on alternator and battery.
now its all perfect : on idle > 13.95+-
with lights on idle > 13.7+-
with lights and amp > 13.6-13.5+-

with amp sub and lights

only with lights

you really need 14v+ to charge the battery

how accurate is the multimeter?

the multimeter is very simple, 13.95V is not enough ?
