Don't you worry about getting it to a show worthy condition and then, bein disappointed and then not bein able to sell it. I mean it's a fairly niche market for sellin mod'd cars at the best of time.

i like it mate thing is on this forum if you ask for any advice on wheels you get told turinis lol its like theyre obessed with them and if you dont have them then you get slated which i think is unfair as each to their own. i can understand peoples opinions as the majority of this forum are clearly older and not in there early teens therefor there tastes are bound to be different but i have noticed this forum does get nasty towards modified cars that are seen as ott and your comment about theyre up there own arse tbh wih you mate they are lol or atleast come across that way

they aint all that bad.. but im 22. just like the show cars etc.

you mod a car. the harder they are to sell. strip them you make sum money back nit much tho. what i want to do. so i know i wont be dissappointed, plus. considering abord to work. mae cash n come back lol

If it makes you happy fair play. I'm just saying personally I grew out of the phase early on. I spent a few quid modding my old XR2i when I was younger because thats what I wanted to do. Fitted a magnex, lowered it, 57i kit etc but TBH after a year or so I wish I'd have just brought a better car that would have held its money rather than flushing a couple of grand down the pan or better still spent the money on more booze and drugs.

building a show car. ill use till i decide what i want as a daily. yet i not wasting cash down the pisser. least i got sumthing to show from it than going on benders at weekends. no different with you buying performance goodies

So you've £20k + in a car that you cant drive every day, you cant leave parked anywhere, you cant take passengers in and you cant sell etc, you work it out...

sound`s like mine!! n i love the fuk outta mine. yes i`ve spent it on performance ect but if i sold it i`d never get anywhere near what i`ve spent on it, but i`m not bothered, it keeps me happy n thats all that matters to me (sure it`s the same for most other clio owners). it`s either spend it on my car or drugs n beer ect

the cars not really my cuppa but it`s sumfink different from the norm so for that i give much respect (bet it about makes ur ears bleed ). much the same wiv mine, not every1 is gonna like it but i cudn`t really care.(gotta say that i do like ur car russ, but not every1 is gonna be in2 euro cars :approve

This car will look good once its done but its only coming out every now and again so i dont see the point unless your sponsered and not paying for the audio etc.

A 220bhp cup tho i would be using every day..

not finished yet more money going down the drain :rasp:. i don`t use it everyday, only weekends n dry nights (not many LOL) got my company work van so that gets battered most the time
