Mick i will bring pics up on saturday aswell as ive just got 2 sheets of yellow lamin-x coming tomorow to do the fogs

The plan for the weekend is.....

Fit front spacers,
Fit custom rear springs,
Lower the front coilovers to match,
Lamin-x film my fogs,
Strip the whole interior minus the dash in prep for the roof to be fitted on the 29th

I would be re-wiring my front headlights but im trying to source some yellow hb3's in this country. All i can source on ebay is from america and expensive as fook!

Update will be on the 20th/21st!!

UPDATE!!!!

Managed to fit my rear springs, pressed plates, spacers, lower the front coilovers more and lamin x my fogs. Very happy with the results. The gap between the rear arch and the tyre is unbelivable close but does not scub atal Next on the hit list is to re-wire my new headlights and get the roof fitted asap. I hope you like?

surely its easier and cheaper to just weld up your roof and smooth it ?

no, it will be spot welded on using the original mounting points.

Im going to price up tomorow the 172 front setup to get it wider.
I really dont want to have to get rid of the wheels so the 172 setup is the hopefully going to give it the stance.

Love this project wish i had the money to do something similar to my car, really like those wheels!

Did the second set of bolts come with those spacers or did you have to buy them separatley? Just orderd a set and some new tires also, thanks for the pm'd info too mate

Update!

Finally managed to fit my optics today whilst it was pissing it down.
Look soooo much better thou!
Fitted with silver visions. I have some yellow h7 bulbs coming on tuesday and some yellow hb3 bulbs from america in 2 weeks.

Ive got a few other parts ive got waiting to be fitted which ill post a pic of if i get time tomorow. Hope you like the new lights as much as i do!

i wont be upgrading the engine as i feel theres no point. It would cost me alot of money and at the end of it i wont be able to go fast in it because of how low it is. It would handle crap so theres not really much point of a fast engine. Its good on petrol and i use it as a daily for work aswell.
