clio 1.4 mk1 windscreen washer probs

windscreen washer dosent work water in tank ect tubing in place connections appear ok but when you activate the stork dont heare anything could it be the motor? if so where is it please or is it the stork switch if so is it easy to replace your help would be most great full i am a newbie so treat me gently lol ps need too get it done for the dreaded mot

Is this for both front (pull stalk) and rear (push stalk) washer?

Check the fuses first (you'll see if the little wire inside them is broken or not), and replace if blown and try again. If that doesn't help, check for voltage at the pump connectors. The pumps are the black cylindrical things that are wedged into the top of the windscreen washer - disconnect the plug, connect a voltmeter across the terminals at the end of the wire (or, if there's only one terminal, between that and some clean metal on the chassis) and get someone to operate the washer with the ignition on.
