Clio 1.4RT 1999 running rich.

Lately I managed to hear that my clio is running rich,
I have a recording:

Where to start looking?

Btw no engine light come up.

today i checked the car again, it only does it between 1500 and 2500 rpm. does it in every gear but doesnt do it when not on load.

Is the car in Limp mode? The pencil-coils that sit on top of your sparks can be prone to failing, this will make the car run terrible.
If it's in limp mode it'll run really rough. If that doesnt pertain to the video, apologies - in work with no sound!

no, the car is not in limp mode, its running normal i think, just want to make sure if some thing is wrong.
