Clio 1.4RT CTS?

Is there more than one type of coolant temprature sensor for a Mk1 1.4RT?

Just wanting to check so that I don't get the wrong one as I need to get a new one as I reckon thats whats causing my poor fuel consumption. I think theres only one type but can anyone confirm this?

mine on my RT was white, undo the plug thats on it to check the colour

if there the same as the valver ones then ive got 2 or 3 spare

Mine has a white cover over it but I'll remove that and see what colour it is. Can anyone say either way if there is only one type for 1.4 engines as I would like to get that done tomorrow but don't want to get the wrong one.
