clunk on my 172 when turning steering wheel full lock when parked can any one help with this please

Could be a bush on the suspension. Equally could be a ball joint or rod end from experience. I'm sure one of the 'lads' who work on these all the time will drop by in a minute.

i finish work in a bit so i will have a look with my mate and check all the joints and mounts

Can't really see it being the CV if the vehicles stationary though.

Might be in/out movement from the inner cv. Not rotational.

Your probably right though. I don't know a great deal. Only what I've experienced.
