Clio 172 cup bearings

Hi guys, just got a 172 cup and the rear bearings need replacing, as well as the rear disks some time soon.
Can you get them as a full unit or do i need to get individual bearings and new disks.
Any help would be appreciated.

Can do either, as a unit is easiest. See G172 on here or Renault.
