Clio 172 cup running problems

Jumped I the car this morning drove to work no issues. Dinner time. Comes got in it. Not so much the idle you Rev it its spluttery. Also driving under load it's. Spluttery right through the range. Any ideas. First thought was spark plugs ? Help

Could be so many things...

Coilpack split / failed
Leads worn
Plugs worn / incorrect
Injectors
Lambda pre-cat
Dependant of mileage, fuel filter in tank although I doubt it
Or maybe a fault code showing something

If its firing on 3 cylinders, I would bet its one of the injectors, but as above really.
You need to take it to someone who knows these cars, wont take them long to find the problem.

Thanks lad the lad I got it off know these well immedialty sorted it. Injector 1 fault then caused to foul plugs back running fine now
