Clio 172 Gearbox Oil??

Needing my gearbox oil changing at the weekend, and I'm seeing conflicting stories on what grade I need?

The guy in the shop at the motor factors told me I need 75/90, but reading online in seeing 75/80??

Is there a correct one to buy for 172's and do I need semi or fully synthetic???

75/80 (also work in a factor)


although when mine was rebuilt i was told to put 10w40 in it, and been awseome since lol

75/80 that we reccomend is fully.
