Clio 182 eating wheel bearings

My 2005 Clio 182 is goin through wheel bearings, I've had four new bearing on the rear since February. Any suggestions?????

The shim behind the bearing is missing, the hub nut isn't being torqued to the correct tighteness, the bearings are chinese s**t. Your car has 20" wheels with mad camber y0 on the rear.

It's got the standard 16" alloys but I'll have a look into what you've suggested. Thanks
