clio 8valve coilovers

Can these be modied to fit a 1.2 8 Valve? There only two mm out on the bolt spacing. J can't find the rokkor coilys with the 58 mm bolt spacing which I would prefer has its just case of replacing the hubs I think.

Any help and suggestions would be much appreciated.

Just buy lowering springs. Cheaper. Don't see a need to overspend on a 8valve (I don't because I have an 8v also).

I get you mate x but I'm wanting it low, like dropped a 90 mm so I suppose I have to spend to get the results I want shame that

Engine size should have no bearing on how much you spend on good suspension

True. I had a 1.4 205 with £4k of race suspension and tyres. Probably the fastest point to point car I've ever driven...

Plus anything more than 40mm on springs makes the car ride/handle like s**t

Still can't find coilovers to do the job! this is a nightmare!
