Clio engines & VVT

Can someone tell me if it`s just the Clio sports that have variable valve timing, or do the lower spec cars such as the Dynamique have VVT as well?

Some later 1.6 16V have VVT all the 172/182 do though.

Its not proper VVt though it just advances the intake can under certain condition at 1.6k and off again at 6.5k.

Ah right, cheers for that, i`ll just keep saving for a 182 then.
