This began when overheated the engine, i said well let bring some ponies wont be bad. the stock engine its a c3l with 74 cv din.

ive started looking and i found some bits of a breaking 11TURBO

thats how all began

before

when i started thinking all things that i needed never thought it will be so many!. Unfortunately in my country isnt easy to find due to crazy customs fees and taxes and laws to find all the things in time.
This proyect was many times delayed waiting parts

gearbox reinforcement

R19 16s interior

new water pump, alternator refurb and many more

the original gearbox jb3 was short and couldt go further than 178 KMPH so i realized that some megane and kanoo has a larger fifth gear

i drove crazy adapting R5 gtt oil bleed pipe to this car, but i want something solid

an upgraded turbo cam

all the suspension and engine were disassembled, everything was check and all needed were changed
RSI rear axle with Xsara calipers on it


New front suspension, shocks and short springs now are stiffer and lower than factory


Subframe reinforced

then it was powdercoated

First a deep clean and VHT all around


Rally spec head


competition valve seats in beryllium copper and bronze valve guides in high quality

adding one of the needed gauges in order to take care of the engine

New chain, new tensiones and forged pistons.

Heat wrap, dural valve plates, and uprated spings

Looks interesting, although the C1J is a 1.4 not a 1.6

at the begining i didnt know what to do, but i found a crazy man wich is the president of renault 11 club of Argentina, who in his spare time likes to build this kind of engines. but iam special and i drove him mad with the head and the gearbox jajaj. without him, my brother, father and other people who helped me i wouldnt be possible

now i need your help guys. this willi wings needs something like a plastic washer in the upper part with each bolt. i dont find the washer on ebay or local renault.

I'm from Brazil and I also have a Renault Clio 1.6 8v 1996 engine c3l.

I'm looking for the exhaust manifold to put this turbo engine. As there was found, would make tubes.

I see you're using a cast collector in your engine. Which collector car is this? Help me a lot.

Another issue that need to be researched and attention on this engine and rockers. I found a picture here which has a holder for the tips. We manually aluminum.

remember to use the gearbox holder, otherwise this exhaust manifold will brake because of turbo weight
