Clio problems ahhh please help

Hi i have a few problems, There is a light that apperies when brakeing sometimes its positiond on the left of the dash and looks like a half moon with a squigley line beside it :s brakes feel juddery dont think its abs ring... also when turning the heat on in the car there is a loud sqeeling noise and i aint got no clue were its comeing from its not from the dash tho, its only when hot air is on
