Just to update you all.

BBQ food has gone out of the window

After extensive discussion with the venue, they won't allow us to bring in an external catering business AND they don't offer BBQ type food.

As a compromise we've still got burgers/hotdogs.

Your ticket will entitle you to one or the other.

Sorry about this (i'm gutted too!). We will promise to have a BBQ next year as we will be looking at alternative venues depending on the success of our launch

Yes my friend it was the only way we could do it. Bit of a pisser to be honest. I'm already looking for alternative venues next year where we can do what we like without restriction.

I thought a big camp over/bbq somewhere would promote a good club atmosphere for 2012 (just an idea)

Get this year out of the way first though

I don't live there, but I'm not far, and a close mate of mine regularly goes there. I'll get him to recommend a decent route.

Well this sits nicely between my holiday in two weeks and trax at the start of september.

No doubt I will be the most south western member at the meet. Will be purchasing tickets once i find a co pilot and/or female to share the 5 hour trek with .

So, without reading all 19 pages, has anyone organised camping or something? I don't fancy getting a hotel (tbh, I live 30 mins away so there would be no point) but if there's camping somewhere, and a piss up, I'd be up for that. Otherwise I'll be going home
