club gti forum sl*gging 172/cup

i started a thread on club gti after a race i had with a mk2 golf gti 16v last night and went back to look tonight and its now 3 pages long with basically lots of clio abusing going on. they didnt like my line about the cup being a future classic lol. what a bunch of c***s. im going back over to defend the cups good name. if anyone wants to see it go to forum and vehicle related chit chat and "me vs clown in golf gti 16v"

to be fair mk2 golf gtis are exceedingly slow...apparantly they only weigh 980kgs though..less than a 172 Cup. They only became obese in mk3 form...

The mk1 golf gti is probably the best car i have ever driven and ive driven a fair few. Also, the mk2 16v & g60 are both excellent motors.
