BMW M4; S1000 RR

Had a couple of dents appear recently, a couple on the bonnet (I understand this is common with the cardboard bonnet of the Clio), but more interestingly, a rather savage dent and scratch combination that occured while doing about 55mph, I just heard a bang on the side of the car, couldn't see anything behind me other than the cars in my lane of the road, first thoughts was that it was a stone, perhaps some prick threw it, but that doesn't explain the scratch.
Either way it all needs doing, and as fast as possible.
Now I also want the black inserts on the car colour coding, I have heard you can DIY for about £50, but I want it to look like I bought it that way. I don't mind spending time on the car, so long as it's not out of action during the week un-needingly.
The usuals need doing, bumper inserts, side strips and door handles.
I am based in Brighton, East sussex, weekends are preferable. Any suggestions ?? A main dealer in London perhaps ?
