Colour coding my white 197 cup? Opinions

Car  Black Gold with cup packs
I think I'm going to take the plunge and get this done guys. What are your thoughts on this? After long analysis I think it will make the car look better, well I am definatley getting the wing mirrors done!

I'd agree with the mirrors but depends which parts as i think it would be too white if you have the whole thing done. Are they in seperate parts like the ph2 wing mirrors??? White with black rim would be good.

I'd leave the bump strips. Tis what makes the cup a cup!!! :)

No not the whole thing just the pice that hold the glass.

Yeh that would look good! Gloss black bump strips would look good too.
 
Yep maybe gloss black inside of the wing mirror, Glacier white on the outside of the wing mirror, then gloss black on the Bumper strip and possibly the door handles
 
as good as it gets when its midnight and pissing it down ;)

had too much beer to do much better, hand/eye co-ordination is out the window

yeah that sounds like a plan, the black breaks up the white. too much is overkill, but then again its your car so up to you!!
 
gonna get it done I think! White mirrors (outside only) then the remaining black in gloss black
 
You know it makes sense!! Get the rensport badges painted gloss and then get the lettering painted white. If i were you i would leave the mirror base plates in the matt finsh and just use trim detailer to keep them looking fresh.
 
I'd leave it standard TBH, maybe fit the tinted headlamp headlamp clusters (the ones with the cornering lights) or if poss the Xenons..

...I miss my Xenons:(
 
Definately get it all done. Looks crap with the black bits. If I got one of those I think it would be excellent if you could junk all the safety crap, the back seats, sound insulation. Make it a proper cup. Not some pathetic excuse for one where they have removed a couple of items in a rediculous excuse to make it light-weight.
 
I like it as it is to be honest, better contrast with the wheels. Though if you really want to do it go for it, I'm sure it will still look nice!
 
The photos of the 197 cup in this weeks autocar look pretty sweet! I quite like the cup spoiler on it.
