Complete f***ing newb

Hi Guys,

Im a complete newb to the clio sceen. Dont all laugh and hiss, but please answer a couple of questions for me.

What is the difference between cup and non cup clio 172/182's.

I want either a 172 or 182 but I want one which is fully loaded, all the gadgets, zenons, cruze control, etc.

Also where is the buyers guide gone, cant get the link to work.
