Confused Accident

just a question for some1 in the no about accidents and insurance claims.
here we go my mate rollled into the back of sum1 in is 172,no damage to his car as it was really slow speed but the guy in front thought ther was a scratch due to him rollin into him.anyway 2 week later my mate gets a letter sayin he as to send sum documents off becoz of uinsured loses to the other car,they dont no my mates reg just his name and address where does he stand and any advice cheers carl.

Well this is a question of morals surely. He was at fault and he SHOULD have insurance to cover and damage done to the other persons car. He should provide all documentation thats been asked, regardless of whether they have his reg or not. If he fails to comply he could get into trouble.
