Connects2 iPhone 4s - Only working through 2 speakers?

Fitted a connects2 unit today and with my iPhone 4s attached it only plays on the drivers side speakers? All 4 speakers work on CD, Radio etc.

I've done the usual checking of cables and all seems fine, any ideas?
