Cool Engine/Cool Heater situation

Since the cars had basically a new cooling system its been running at about 90deg in traffic with the coolant temp on the first mark.

However, now its winter Im freezing my knackers off, as the hot air doesnt really get hot at all, barely warm.

I assume this is because the cars now running quite cool. Is there anything I can do to overcome this problem? Any aftermarket solutions?

Not really anything you can do about it as the heater relys on the heat from the water pipes. The after market electric ones you can buy are crap!
