Couple of Problems Help Please

So... I have brought my second clio 200 this week (test drove it and all seemed fine)

1. on tick over all the lights dim up and down slightly (exterior and interior)

2. on tick over the exhaust is popping constantly and generally the engine sounds a little rough

3. When accelerating hard there is hesitation after each gear change.

Any ideas/ help I would be really grateful for.

First one sounds like an alternator reg pack. Don't know if they are changeable on the 200, if they are it should be a relatively simple fix.
