Cup 172 hydraulic handbrake

Hello can anyone help please got a 172cup which I have made into road rally car ,I have fitted a hydraulic handbrake on to the o .e handbrake (not upright) run a single brake line into a bias valve and then then into the back of the h brake cylinder .625 bore then coming through the other hole in cylinder, then that run toa tee piece on the beam then to each wheel (blanked off other outlet on master cylinder with bleed fitting) brakes work fine but when using hand brake can't seem to get enough movement on handbrake as if the leverage was wrong but whe releasing pressure through brake nipples can get plenty of movement can anyone suggest please :S

im gonna go old school and put another set of calipers on the back........dedicated to the handbrake
