Cup air filter

I am not really into mods but fancy whacking in the green panel filter in my cup which I believe sounds better and adds the odd pony.

Question: Can this air filter simply be dropped in plug and play style or does it need adjsutment. Can the old one be replaced for ahem insurance purposes;)

Is it also okay to increase air flow whilst keeping std exaust?

Is it easy to replace?

Cheers in advnace

yeah mate its just a case of taking out the screws, taking out the standard filter and replacing it, no adjustment needed. std exhaust is fine, makes no difference, easy to do i think, ill let u know as my itg filter is supposed to arrive tomorrow and ill be replacing it asap.

The sound will not change with a panel filter.

I had a green filter on mine which i changed for the itg in the standard airbox

But i only run that when the car goes in the garage.

Speak to mitsi as he sourced me a cheap ITG replacement filter. He might have one left or might be able to get you one. A few people on here have them and i think we are all impressed/satisfied with them. 6 screws and then pop out the old one and in with the new

Cheers Guys but what is an ITG is another panel filter and does it affect sound? oh and did you declare it?
