Cup/poverty blower fitted, not working ?!

I fitted a poverty spec blower tonight but on testing it doesn't work.

The original blower worked fine.

When I unplugged the old blower, there were 2 plugs however the new blower only had one plug or did I miss something?

How would I test that the blower is at fault?

I've removed the Aircon so removed the blower to save weight.

Ah, what's the process then?

I couldn't be arsed cutting wires etc so just fitted the standard climate motor but opened it and removed the big metal cooler matrix.
