Dent Remover and Car Paint Pens

Anyone had any experience with the following, are they any good or are the a waste of time and money?

i saw somethign like that on ebay, i asked the guy and he said you use a glue gun and stick the thing to the dent, then pull it, then peal the glue off !!! i might try it on a dent on my door, can't harm.

Leave it to the pro's mate.... some do it for 60 quid per panel.. better than making them worse/wrecking your paintwork..
