I had the opinion from 2 garages and several videos here that my dephaser pulley was buggered. Quiet on start-up, noisy once heated, noise would disappear when over 2k revs.
But yesterday after an oil change and about 30 miles i stopped to put petrol in, Started the car and i couldnt even tell it was on.
It was 100% the dephaser pulley, But why has it gone quiet now? Seems weird.
P.s It was noisy for about 25-30k miles.
