What do you need to know?

Once i've taken the hub nut off will i be able to knock the disk/bearing asmb off or will i need some kind of puller ? Will the bearing inner stay on the stub axle ?

The bearing is pressed into the disk, you will likely need a press to get it out/in

I know its pressed in. I ve just pressed my new bearings into my new disks. I want to know how hard its going to be to get the old disk/bearing off the car.
