  Mercedes AMG GLE 53
As above Mk 2 255. Woohoo what a beast. I didnt want to get out of it. Sounded awesome without the engine covers on as well. Will be off to see the bank manager next summer. :D :D :D

  Clio 197 F1
well thats what i thought when i first drove mine, but after about 10 miles i thought i was going to pass out, it was too hot, but as you say the noise is pretty special.
Save up and get one mate

I love the vy in mars red and liquid yellow, the nicest and rarest colours, in fact I don't think I've ever seen a mk2 mars red!

  Leon Cupra R 225
I really want one but I think I'll stick to getting either a Golf R32 Mk4 or Integra DC5 Type R due to reliabity and build quality pissing all over Renault.

  vee 6
i have a lunar grey v6 .... i think that is the rarest colour !.....get a v6 im on my second one , they are an amazing car to drive .....not to keen on driving it with the engine cover off ....to hot and far to many clunks for my likeing !

  vee 6
They seem to be holding there value well. i had a mk2 titanium vee, had it 6 months and done 5000 miles and got back what i paid for it !

  Golf R soon...
Dave if you get a Vee I will buy the house next to yours just so I can look out the window and see it! ;)

Have you ever been in a Vee, tommy? Not wanting to belittle either the R32 or Teggy Type-R, but the Vee is just in a completely different league of 'road presence'. In the past week, I've already seen three R32s - one of the previous model and two of the newer ones. I did see one Vee - and that was at Renault Rochdale on Saturday, which for the sake of this argument - dealerships don't count. ;)

If you want a bomb-proof car that will probably never fail you in the time you own it, then I can see where you're coming from with both the choices above. But if you want to get into a car that makes you feel special, makes you want to drive and gives you a sense of minor Z-list celebrity status, then the Vee really is the way to go. And that burble on idle..... well....... Reno did a great job of making that Laguna lump sound excellent.
