Easiest way to reinstall xp onto a netbook?

Hi all

I have an Asus netbook (no dvd drive) which runs a legit copy of XP. I have the software key on the back of the netbook but after a year now it could do with a fresh install.

How can I do this?

I 'may' have an xp dvd somewhere but probably won't be able to find it. I have another laptop with a dvd drive.

I don't want to buy a second dvd drive etc just for this purpose and have no friends to borrow one from. Can I download xp onto an 8GB thumb drive or sd card and do it that way?

PS I should be able to install the laptop drivers once fresh XP is on!

many thanks as always

Does it not include some sort of recovery software on a partition you can run to return it to its original state?

Edit: Like this, presume all asus netbooks are the same

Does this reinstall xp in 56 seconds or just return factory settings?
