ECU Repair

Does anyone know a reputable ECU repairer? Either located in Scotland or one I can send the ECU off too.

It's knackered according to the diagnostics man! Can the ECU even be repaired should be the question.

Depending what exactly is wrong with it, I'd imagine it may be cheaper to get one from a breakers or ebay etc.

Seen before that "diagnostics men" saying a clio ecu was dead...
Turns out just broken wires in the engine bay!

Yrh I'd get a second opinion first , my ex once got a diagnostics man to find a fault with her Clio, he said a new ECU was required and so did Renault, I had a look and all that was wrong was the wiring from the tdc was shot. New sensor and wiring and all was good.
