Engine bay noise(auxillary belt)

Got a noise from the engine area of my 182,think it might be auxillary belt or pulleys should you be able to hear them? its like a whistle/ssshhh,took it to my local Renault dealer under warranty (54 reg ,19,996k miles) and they rung up and basically said there is nothing wrong with it we have just looked at another and yours is quieter,are they fobbing me off?

either the aux belt tentioner (ff only) or a cambelt tensioner. mines started doing it really bad so gonna get my new cambelt kit put on asap

Yep have done,he said it shouldnt make that noise, its booked in for next Friday so hopefully they will sort it
