welcome mate i can help with a few

thw whining noise i would say is the aux belt tensioner as that is quite common, get it checked

the temp sensor sits in the passenger side mirror, check its not been damaged, could need replacing

also if your on a budget get eibach springs
yozzasport systems get alot of praise
get some decent cold feed pipes on your std airbox as the ph1 air box is a very good design, wit either a new std genuine filter or a uprated panel filter

depending how much money you have to spend, coilovers are the ultimate but only if they are compimented with solid top mounts and being set up correctly

im on a budget and iv just fitted new renault sport front shocks with eibach proline springs and i find it very good, handles nice and flat without making the ride any worse than standard
