Engine Rebuild - 16v hybrid

Ok been pricing up how much it will cost in parts for my engine rebuilding, i managed to come to a figure around £1900 but dnt include labour of course. and for tht price ill be getting:
Williams box fully recondishioned
Wheel bearings all round
Braided brake lines
handbrake cable
low temp thermostat and switch
alternator and high output starter motor
arp conrod strengthened bolt
all gaskets and seals for the entire engine
cambelt and idler pulley and tensioner
crankshaft big and main bearings
crankshaft thrust washers
head bolts
water pump
advanced timing sensor
new coil pack, dizzy cap and rotor arm
alternator belt
lower wishbones, balljoints and bushes
top shock bearings
do nut rubbers
front anti roll bar inner and outer bushes
dog bone mount, top and bottom engine mounts
power steering rack and pump
track rod ends
clutch cable, tensioner spring and pedal assembly
competitve clutch bearing
oil pump

What you reckon then? that a good price for all the parts ive listed? feedback please. how much you reckon it wud cost in labour?

do u reckon i should change valves, springs and collets aswel etc. wot about piston rings? followers?

thats a good price if they are all OE parts deffo, labour will sting BIG TIME though
